    Understand the language, process, and systems that drive every smart real estate decision. We start from zero — terminology, market dynamics, deal structures — so the rest of the course builds on solid ground.

  2. Property Analysis & Comps

    Evaluate any property, run the numbers, and decide if the deal is worth pursuing — without depending on a realtor or “feel.” This is where most courses get vague. We get specific.

    Long-term, mid-term, short-term, and hybrid rentals — each works in different conditions. Pick the right strategy for your goals, market, and risk tolerance, then build a portfolio around it.

    • Funding strategies — conventional, DSCR, hard money, partnerships
    • Building a portfolio that compounds without burning you out
    • Tax-aware structuring (LLCs, holding companies, the basics)
  4. Financial Freedom Planning

    Real estate is a means, not an end. This module is the planning layer — translating properties into a clear retirement timeline, an income replacement number, and a roadmap that actually fits your life.

    • Build a 5- to 15-year acquisition plan
    • Insurance, estate planning, and protecting what you build
